35m² 2-room cabin on the ground floor of a country house. Located in a quiet area, 7 minutes' walk from the main pedestrian streets and 250m from a bus stop. Sleeps: 4 people - Bedroom: double bed - Cabin: 2 bunk beds Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Living/dining area with direct access to terrace and garden. Bathroom with shower and WC. Terrace with garden furniture, enclosed garden and Mont-Blanc view. Additional equipment: washing machine. One covered parking space. Exterior ski locker (with padlock). Lodging managed by a private individual. The owner's contact details will be sent to you after your purchase. A transport card will be given to you when you enter the apartment, allowing you to travel freely on the Chamonix valley BUS and TRAIN network (conditions modified from 4/12/2023). Rent linen of bed (sheets + pillowcase): -20 euros for double bed -15 euros for single bed Kit complete linen (sheets + towels + let us wipe): -30 euros for double bed -25 euros for single bed Arrange at the end of stay: 50 euros
