Meublé de tourisme classified 1 Etoile (for 4 people) by the Agence Innovation & Développement Tourisme de Haute-Savoie. 2-room apartment for up to 4 people. Located on the second floor in a residence of 2 chalets close to the ski area, ticket offices and ESF meeting point. Shuttle bus stop nearby in winter. - Entrance: storage cupboard -Living room: BZ sofa bed, mini table and stools, TV, two bunk beds (folding out to the wall) - Kitchenette: fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette + fondue machines, crockery. - Bedroom: 2 single beds or one double bed - Bathroom with bathtub/shower unit and washbasin - Separate toilet - Outside: west-facing balcony with views of Grand Croisse Baulet and Tête du Planet, equipped with retractable table, 2 chairs, ashtray Sleeps 6 but available for 4 only (+1 child possible). Ski locker. Dedicated parking space in covered communal parking lot, with the option of parking outside. On request: cot, baby bath, bath ring, high chair. Check-in from 4pm (late check-in possible with code box); check-out before 12am. Pets only on request (extra charge €20/pet). You will enter a perfectly clean apartment; I expect the same state of cleanliness on leaving if you decline the cleaning package. Please note that I am demanding. All rentals not booked online will be established on the basis of a written contract which will be sent to you by e-mail. 30% deposit to be paid on reservation, balance to be paid at least one week before arrival.
