It is ideally located: a 1-minute walk from the Tourist Office and Place de l’Ambiance, and a 6-minute walk from the gondola giving you access to the mountain tops and ski slopes in winter.
The chalet offers a private garden of around 600 m² shared by all co-residents. Don’t hesitate to relax in the grass and fill your lungs with fresh mountain air!
The apartment is located on the ground floor, on the south-facing garden side, and has a lovely 15 m² private terrace where you can enjoy your meals while safely watching your children play outside.

From the A40 motorway (Geneva – Chamonix direction), take exit 19 “CLUSES–FLAINE–LES CARROZ”.
Follow the N205 towards Sallanches for approximately 3 km.
Turn left onto the well-maintained departmental road D106 towards Les Carroz d’Arâches – Flaine. After a 12 km ascent, you will reach the entrance of the village.
Turn and drive past the Tourist Office, then immediately take the first road on your left.
You will find the chalet facing the entrance of the Résidence des Rousseroles. The apartment is accessible from the garden side.
A40: 15 km – Geneva Airport: 55 km – Cluses train station: 20 minutes (shuttles and taxis available).
