It comprises a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchenette with a stand-up table and 2 high stools. This table is in front of a window overlooking the Mont-Blanc massif, Dome de Miage and Mont Joly.
The kitchenette includes a top fridge with freezer, 2 induction hobs with hood above, a sink with cupboard below and 2 tall units for storage and one for the 21-liter oven. A microwave completes the range of appliances.
A second room includes a shower, a washbasin with cupboard underneath, a WC with a tall cupboard above for storage. The mirror is illuminated. A wall-mounted electric radiator with towel dryer. A hairdryer is available.
The studio has a private balcony at the front with a view of the above-mentioned massifs, and in summer this balcony opens onto a private terrace (relax, tables, chairs, plancha, parasol and a direct view of the Miage, Mont-Blanc and Mont Joly massifs).
There's also a small storage room for skis, bikes and other equipment.
Towels, dishcloths, cleaning products, sheets, pillows and comforters are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is not the responsibility of the tenants but will be carried out by us.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, tenants have access to a parking space.
This studio is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is suitable for 2 people only. Pets and other animals are not accepted. The property is non-smoking.
