In the calm of the hamlet of Chaparon, between Duingt and Lathuile, discover a comfortable and warm cottage a few minutes from Lake Annecy. Swimming pool and garden accessible in front of the cottage!

Gîte located at the foot of the Entrevernes mountain, in a country house which also has the owners' accommodation upstairs. On the garden level, 60 m² gîte accessible from the parking courtyard closed by gate. Access on one level through the kitchen area including a high dining table. Corridor providing access to the separate WC and then to the bedrooms: bedroom 1 (2 90x190 cm beds) and bedroom 2 (1 140x190 cm bed, access to the outside area, bathroom with shower). The gîte's bathroom is in bedroom 2 but access is possible for all occupants (dividing curtain). Living room with table for 5 people, TV and sofa. Access to private south-facing outdoor terrace with small plot of land including a swimming pool in front of the gîte shared with the owners (accessible in hot season).
Washing machine in the bathroom, bed and bathroom linen available for rental. Optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Lake and lakeside restaurants 1.5 km away, Doussard beach 2.3 km away. Greenway access around the lake 1.2 km away. Bout du lac nature reserve 6 km away. From the gîte, hikes in the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. Lathuile Center 2.6 km. Ski: Aravis resorts 37Km (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La Croix Fry Merdassier), Golf (Giez) 8 km. Doussard paragliding site 3 km away, La Forclaz 8 km away. Annecy 16 km (boat possible at the port of Doussard).
