Very nice atmosphere for this 56m² gite furnished and tastefully decorated, on the ground floor of a renovated old terraced farmhouse. Independent entrance from the private terrace. Integrated kitchen open to a beautiful living room which can be transformed according to your needs into a sleeping area (bed 160 or 2 beds 80), pantry with storage, bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm separable into 2 single beds), bathroom with shower Italian style, separate WC. Sheets and towels are provided. Terrace, courtyard with beautiful view of Lake Geneva, garden furniture, storage room for skis or bikes. Private parking. Many activities nearby: Skiing in Hirmentaz / Bellevaux or Les Habères at 14km, cross-country skiing at Col du Feu at 5km. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, spa town 10km away, Evian-Les-Bains, golf course 20km away. Many hikes and walks from the gîte. Reduction for stay 3 weeks -10%. 2.5km away, the owners also have guest rooms with animals on site (treks with donkeys).
