Come and enjoy the Crête Fair in Thonon: its atmosphere, its great food specialities, bargains and funfair... A chance to meet and have fun together, for old and young alike! The Crête Fair has been held since 1477, and always takes place on the 1st Thursday of September.
The marketplace appears as it always used to, with over a hundred farm animals and a major bovine competition run by the Chablais’ young farmers.
There is a warm atmosphere noticeable in the encounters, while the market layout has gone unchanged for generations - all in all, a time to get together.
