Charming 80 m2 flat in a traditional wooden chalet comprising 2 flats with separate entrance, large balcony, south-facing, lovely views of the mountains and village, located just a few minutes from the centre and 2 minutes from the free shuttle bus.

This 80 m² apartment, available for rental both in winter and summer, is located in a traditional wooden chalet built over three levels. It is a family-oriented chalet that can accommodate 7 guests, and up to 14 guests when combined with the second apartment in the chalet. Each apartment has its own private entrance, ensuring comfort and independence for each party.

The apartment features a large south-facing balcony-terrace offering unobstructed and stunning views of the mountains and the village. A garden surrounds the chalet, making it possible to enjoy the outdoors in every season: snowball fights and snowmen in winter, or outdoor meals and relaxing moments in summer. The living room opens directly onto the balcony-terrace and is complemented by a TV lounge, three bedrooms – two double bedrooms and one bedroom with three single beds – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room, a laundry room, a separate toilet and a ski storage room. The apartment is regularly updated to ensure optimal comfort and also provides high-speed Wi-Fi and all necessary household appliances. Parking is easy in the private driveway leading to the chalet.

Ideally located in the Serveray district, the apartment is close to numerous mountain activities: alpine skiing, ski touring, rafting, mountain biking and climbing. The Aquacîme wellness centre, offering spa facilities, fitness and a heated outdoor pool, is only three minutes away. The village centre, with its shops, pharmacy, medical centre, grocery stores, cinema and ice rink, is just six minutes on foot. A skibus stop is located two minutes from the chalet, providing a free shuttle service to the ski lifts in about eight minutes, with then direct access to Flaine via the Tête des Saix express chairlift, as well as to the Samoëns and Morillon ski areas.
